I have used various construction & energy services from Green Coast Living at our two homes on Fish River.  One of the best improvements to our home was last year when Green Coast Living performed an energy audit.  Using their training & background experience they were able to identify multiple aspects of energy loss that we could improve on.  Under the direction of Lance’s expertise we were able to reduce our energy consumption throughout the home by about 30% through air sealing, insulation, and lighting upgrades.  In addition, Green Coast Living then helped us get a nice $2,000 energy reduction incentive off our taxes; this was a nice bonus and was over and above what we had anticipated.  We continue to consult with and use Green Coast Living every time we need anything on our homes they are very knowledgeable and professional.
